ukrainian is an artificial language that was made in the nineteenth century by mixing polish and belarussian together

That´s a very odd statement, although it makes sense for one reason. Ukrainian is spoken in the eastern part of the country that used to be part of Poland, while the eastern part of Ukraine speaks Russian.
