Wait! Have we yet proved Godwin's Law?
Ahem.
"Nutrax, I am stunned by your attempt to dictate the flow of discussion on this free forum. I will remind you that that's just what the Nazis did."

First they came for the poop-talkers. But I did not speak out, because I was not a poop-talker. Then they came for the caca-discussers . . .

To change the subject to something more pleasant -- this weekend my husband and I went with friends to their family house about 30 kilometers from Bordeaux. It is, of course, a main wine producing area, and we had some nice walks in the country even though all the vineyards were still without vegetation. We walked around Sauternes, as well as the hillier area on the other side of the Garonne River. Lots of little castles, manor houses, fortified villages, markets.
And a producer of an apéritif called Lillet was having a "festival", where you could tour the area where the containers are (chais), sample a bit and hear about how it is made. My friend mentioned to the guide that in the latest James Bond movie, Bond drinks Lillet, but the guy made a face saying, "yes, but he adds vodka!"
It was cold but sunny the whole time, and now, Monday morning, it is snowing again! aargh! This is the 4th time this winter -- totally unusual.

I have some fossilized oysters I picked up in Saudi Arabia. A different style of fossilization, sandstone.
I was thinking of taking shilgia to Calvert Cliffs to look for shark's theeth when she's here next week.
