for us orthodox (except finnish orthodox) easter is today.
and in serbian its like in russian (the greeting is universally orthodox):
Hristos voskrese! (Christ is risen)
Vaistinu voskrese! (Indeed he is risen)

but we can also say (to non-Orthodox) "Srecan Uskrs" (Happy Easter). (the "c" in srecan is this specific serbo-croatian letter with a little accent over it and its pronnounced as if youre trying to pronounce "tj" ("ty" for english speakers) in one breath.
