Je constate que J'aurais dû répondre complètement en français - désolée, c'est tellement devenu naturel pour moi d'écrire en anglais sur ce forum, je ne m'en rends même plus compte ...

"A qui mieux mieux"...I don't know any translation. It's not used very much, now.
"En pisé", (made of) adobe, like in house building?
"Se déguiser en nègresse à plateau", what is the context? "Négresse à plateau" is the old colonial name (desultory and racist now, yes...) of women of this african tribe, for the shape of their ornament.
