I am going to Prague soon and have bought a small phrase book with basic sentences and 2 way translation dictionary.
On the cover is written Anglicko-Cesky / Cesko-Anglicky.
When looking on 2 different translation websites it comes up as Anglictina-Cestina / Cesky-Anglicky.
Any helpers with this please?

Česko - anglický is correct. Both words are adjectives. The "o" as the last letter in "česko" is used with hyphenated form and makes the word an adverbial adjective. Normally it would be "česky" (masc. form).
Angličtina and Čeština are nouns, meaning English language and Czech language.
