That's brilliant! And agreed calling them is worthless. I called, got the ok from United years back on a flight to singapore. Then they denied me at check in and I had to book a ticket on the spot and print it out at the airport. I almost missed my flight because of it. Only good thing was the god send that is Air Asia, I booked a tix from Singapore to Malaysia for something like 20US. Singapore is notorious for denying people entry though. Shouldn't be an issue but seems you've got some…
There is always a 'chance your entry will be denied'.Immigration will look at the situation.....you have recently worked there. They will perhaps suspect you plan to work again (illegally). They may question you, they may require proof that you are going to stay only as a tourist (ties to your home country, evidence that you don't want to work/stay in the UK).
They have every right to refuse you entry if they think you are going to break immigration laws.If on the other hand they think you are a…
Well, it would bother me if I pay a lot of money and the entry is denied at the end, yes. Or if I am in the country and they do not let me go ...
I have read many blog articles about the entry process and yes, I am a bit worried when going alone for tourist reasons. But I want to travel of course, but just thinking to go with somebody else if that would make it easier.
Yes, Colombia is considered a Yellow Fever risk country. One of the most popular National Parks has a proof of Yellow Fever vaccination on the books for entry. They go thru undetermined stages of whether they ask or not.
As long as you have a vaccination certificate to show, if even asked upon arrival at PTY, I would be shocked that anyone would scrutinize the dates and deny you entry.
You should be able to extend it one time 30 days for 1900 baht at immigration (offices around the country) but as always it's at the discretion of the boss. Not possible to change it to multi-entry. You could apply for another tourist visa (in Vientiane, Laos for example) but if they deny you you'd be kinda screwed since Pakistanis don't qualify for visa-exempt (re)entry or VOA. Good luck.
OK. So you landed at Aqaba with the ferry. Where did you come from? Obviously from Egypt. Where is your entry and exit stamps? You don't have them (for whatever reason - makes no difference)? ENTRY DENIED! They assume you went to Israel. They don't have to prove anything. You have to prove that you didn't go to Israel. :)

>All Arab countries, except Morocco, Egypt and Jordan, prohibit entry by anyone suspected of visiting Israel ("Occupied Palestine" as it's known in official Arab circles).

Wrong. On what do you base your information?
Countries denying entry with Israel evidence:
Algeria, Libya, Sudan, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait (likely), Iraq (maybe).
Possible to get in but very unlikely. If all it took was a new passport (or under different names) to get past immigration then every country would be incredibly easy to emigrate to. Admittedly generally the people who have been denied entry/deported are the ones who are then refused entry to a country, but, if you are found out to have lied to a government or immigration authority then you generally get into deep sh*t.
Probably better to simply go to Ireland on another WHV
It is definitely possible to get a single entry tourist visa on arrival very easily. However, if you have a large group of quite obviously business travellers you might be better off taking the agencies advice and getting visa's beforehand. When I organised for some higher ups to to visit Kenya and several other developing countries I wouldn't have dreamed of letting them show up and possibly get denied entry.
I can't respond specifically to you as you didn't say what passport you hold and I don't know the entry requirements for Uganda; however, the general answer to your question is that airlines know the entry requirements for each country they serve and will confirm with each passenger that they have satisfied those entry requirements prior to letting them board the flight.
So, if Uganda requires you to have a visa prior to entry (no VOA available) and you do not have one the airlines will deny…
