Hi there,

if anybody who is on Koh Phi Phi right now, reads this, please help me.

Last summer I got my tattoo done at P.P. Bamboo Tattoo.

I promised the guys to mail the pictures of my tattoo when I'm back home.

I lost the mail ad. I know it's pretty late, still I wanna stick by my word.

Could somebody PLEASE post the email ad here?
There should be a note on the wall with the adress on.

Thanks very much for your help!
b.

I do think that it will be hard to find somewhere to stay in both areas at that time. I would be trying towards the top of the hill on the side track at Ton Sai next to Railay, and in Krabi town itself.
Lanta is a much bigger island - I think you will have more chance. Usually a load of touts at the prier and often on the ferry.
Ko Jum is accessed by the same Krabi-Lanta ferry. There are often touts on the boat for places here and you could ask the guys who pull alongside the ferry in their…

5. Ayuthaya

I would be grateful for tips re:

Thank you maehongson. I like Holiday Inn for Phi Phi Island but now I have Koh Lanta in my head as was told the beaches are nice and less touristy... This planning is hard. Maybe I should just look around when I am there and wing it.

Thank you all.

Het

Well after a bit of research i've decided on Koh Jum to stay for a week middle Feb, thanks for all the previous thread replies!

So a couple of questions for anyone with an opinion!....

1 - I arrive from KL to Krabi Airport 2pm Monday and fly out Sunday 2pm... Is it realistic to think i'll be able to get to Koh Jum the day I arrive, via public longtail, and also leave Koh Jum on the day I fly?

2 - Where would you stay and why? I just want a place where I can relax & meet good people, and…

Heaps of quiet places to stay on Phangan. Do some research on Bottle Beach, Coral Beach, Chalok Lum all in the north, Than Sadet in the central east and my favourite location in all Thailand, the interconnected trio of Had Thian/Had Yuan/Had Wai Nam in the south east. All would be good for a keen mountain biker - Coral Beach and Chalok Lum would offer the best access to sealed roads and the west and south coasts. The others involve mostly unsealed roads, many with killer slopes. You can…

The famous Maya Bay in Ko Phi Phi Lay has been closed to visitors over the rainy season in an attempt to allow the coral / environment to recover. It was due to re-open about now, however the decision has been taken to keep it closed 'until further notice'.
