I want to trek around the glacier park, i will be on my own and i think it will be more beneficial and fun in a tour so i can meet people and get some good information. Is it best to arrange something before you go or can you arrange a tour/trek in El Calafate like you can when you are in Cuzco for Machu Picchu??

My wife and I are planning to visit Morocco in March 2019, most likely 16 days. Since we will be travelling with our 18 month old son we prefer to go very slow: At least 4 nights per location and at most 3 hours travel in between locations.
