Google " Tequila Train" from and back to Guad!

I'm hoping to get a sense of the cost for a one day private tour from Guadalajara. Two people. (We are looking at Guachimontones and Tequila in particular.) I've gotten a few quotes, but have not found anything under $350USD, which is much more than what I'm used to paying in other parts of the country. Is this typical?
Alternatively, has anyone hired a cab from GDL to Guachimontones that would wait an hour or 2 and then drop us off in Tequila? Are there direct buses from Tequila to Guadalajara? (I was looking on https://www.tequilaplus.com as per another thread here, but it only lists the origin Guadalajara.)

We are looking to travel to the Akumal area in May and seeking two properties that are side by side for two groups of families to stay. One property should be minimum 4 bedrooms, the other 3 bedrooms (4 or more for each is okay too). We are also seeking a pool and water front(or as close as possible). The rub is that one family will not arrive until mid-week, so the rentals would not start at the same time. Our budget is about $600/night for each property but hoping to come in a little under.
If you know of anything like this, please let us know!! Thanks in advance!!

There are various bays down in the Huatulco area that qualify with the gentle waves requirement. Not like Zicatela in Puerto Escondido, where the waves are so big that local authorities actually advise no surfing or swimming on a long stretch of that kms long beach. There's also some hiking along almost wilderness beaches in Huatulco National park.
