I'd like to stay overnight on Koh Phi Phi in late September. But I have a flight to catch the next day at 12:50 pm departing from Phuket airport. I checked the ferry schedule, but the earliest one as posted on internet is 9:00 am and it takes around 2 hours from Koh Phi Phi to Phuket pier. If this is the case, I think I will probably miss my flight given the additional 1 hour (is that correct?) travelling time between Phuket pier to Phuket airport. So I am wondering whether there is any…
it's not bad weather here right now...?! it might rain for an hour in the evenings but it's nice. snorkel at mae haad (koh ma) on koh phangan. food is usually better in the local places rather than tourist places. i never take preventative meds and have lived here for years just fie, but there is a risk of dengue fever in this area so use mosquito spray.
Hi!
We're willing to go back to Ko Phi Phi, Ko PhanGan or discover any similar island. We'll be travelling with our daughter who needs to practice her English. To this end, we'd like to find accommodation run by native English speakers. Anyone? Thanks! Julie.
Hi Guys,
We are over on the Andaman Coast next week and looking for the best route to take if we want to visit, Krabi - Khao Lak - Khao Sok National Park - Ko Phi Phi - Ko Lanta if we are flying into Krabi airport?
Any advice welcomed and thank you in advance.

Patong up the back streets is much quieter if you still want the bars but a bit of peace and quiet
I stay at pj's guesthouse a few times, its good value and dead quiet with massive rooms.
Google it.
Karon has surf but its pretty rough at the moment, i think Kata is a bit sheltered to proper waves u can actually ride.
Apparantly as it's low season lanta is pretty dirty at the moment but the water is quite clear, i would suspect phi phi is worse in terms of dirt...

The issue that I'd really appreciate some advice on from people who know the set up better than me, is which way to do it? Any insight would be great, thank you. We have the budget to fly down there (certainly didn't 10 yrs back!), and given time constraints would like to do so. My…
Can anyone recommend a quiet place with no late night parties or loud music or anything for familes with small children and babies? Ours will be 1 and a half if we go in April. We're looking at Ko Pha Ngan but are open to other places. Thanks!
