One option is to buy a small lock and lock the saddle (through the rails) to your bike frame.

I did the same when I was in Thailand, just a short string of lock is enough to lock your saddle, if the saddle thief dares to cut the lock, they will just steal the whole bicycle.

We carry a long narrow cable that runs through the rails of both saddles and all four tires.

Weighs next to nothing and discourages the grab and run thief.

Also think of using a couple of hose clamps around the clamp -that should slow them down.

Dont use a quick release saddle

Putting duct tape all over the saddle helps, because it makes it look like a crappy saddle that isn't worth stealing. It isn't a 100% solution, but it helps.
