I am one of the older members of TT and retired at 58 yrs have seen so much BS that I can smell it a mile away. The Borat thing "made me a tandem in a little village" was cute but obvioulsy fake. I enjoy BS and like so many can read it or not.
Let me ask you; what inherent deficiencies control you and make you spend hours on this BS when you could be exercising or drinking beer?
I personally enjoy your BS and vote that you stay but suggest that the USA Federal government not be allowed to certify the results. We need pros to tally these votes which I am sure will quickly move into the thousands.

This is great. You alll know I'm a troll (although nobody's ever actually defined a troll for me), and thta's what I do. Of course I have an interest in cycling, otherwise I wouldn't be here. But, maybe through a loack of love and attention, or through just being plain bored here at work, I find it hard not to troll. If nobody responded, I probably wouldn't troll again. But the responces are better than the post; some take me seriously, some try their own humour against mine, some call the forum-police, and others come on and genuinely agree with what I'm saying - the very characters which I create in the troll exist afterall in real life! This is very much what the guy who does AliG/Broat does; he roots out extremest, border-line, or marginalised viewpoints from people who wouldnt otherwise remain silent, through the simple use of comedy. And that is what I admire most about him.

That's superb, really; you are from the British Isles aren't you, perhaps Ireland? You have a way with words that you would never find in in a yanky-doodle. Excellent. And on that note, I await both your continued votes, and the continued hits on this thread.
Yours, with love, in hope for some in return,

should read: ....who would otherwise remain silent.....

Some of your recent posts have been quite unpleasant. You've dressed them up as humour and you're a wind-up merchant but underlying some of them are some alarming attitudes. Worry about those rather than whether you should post here. Like most of the others I don't much care either way. This is an internet forum not real life.

I think Borat is out of your league, but keep trying. Maybe after you do your first bike ride outside the UK you will have satisfied some of your internal turmoil and matured a bit .... haha
If you do stay-which I'm pretty sure you will, it would be nice if you posted under one name or, heaven forbid, your own name. The three PMs you sent me were genuinely helpful and the questions you asked for your own trip were insightful. Why dont you just post those questions on this forum?
For example; one of his questions was whether or not I took a stove on my last bike trip and whether I would do again-good question!
Another question was about Iranian and Afghanistan visas-well done again!
If you're here to wind us "lonely, middle aged, middle class" people up and amuse yourself then bugger off. If you're here to amuse other people and offer/ask for advice on bike stuff then our forum is your forum etc etc.

Of course he will stay. Regardless of popular opinion. We all know that.
Is just the latest striker strike.
Just amusement for a "lonely, frustrated, young aged, middle class guy"
People tend to grow up when they travel. Maturity should be noticeable if he does his first trip.
A ride in the UK is just that, a bike ride. Go see the world. Broaden the mind.
Many of your posts are funny - I believed the trip through Africa was for real, until you gave the link to your website, which had me in even more stitches about being able to share your experience with sexually liberted women. You obvioulsy have a lot of spare time at work. Get on the road, and yes, use one username.
