i'm on a round the world bike ride. in morocco. soon to spain and eastwards.

what is the internet access situation in western europe?

specifically

1. are internet cafe's easy to find?
2. roughly, how much an hour?
3. any free access in public libraries?

any info would be money,

okoko judging by your postings you will be very surprised when you get to europe. the mijority of libraries have free internet access.bon voyage

In my experience the richer a country is the harder it is to get access to the internet. That's because everyone is rich enough to have the internet at home so there's no market for public facilities. Libraries can be good though.
