Bike storage in Osh, Kyrgyzstan

I need to return home from Osh for a couple of weeks from 19 September and am planning to leave my bike here.

Could anyone help with a safe place to store my bicycle? I am staying in the TES Guesthouse but they can only offer outside storage which I'm not keen on for such a length of time (I don't have a great lock!).
