At least we don't have to row.

Or breath the same air transocianic.

Forward!

I have booked with Transavia from Paris to Seville; Tap Portugal; Seville to Lisbon and good old British Airway from Lisbon back to London.

Hope all goes smoothly. :)

I am learning from experience at last!

I usually do everything at the last minute, but in January, knew I wanted to be in Venice for a particular weekend in May. I booked British Airways, sensibly timed flights LHR-Venice Marco Polo for £100 return. (Out Friday back Monday). I am so chuffed.

In the past I have used cheap flights, had to travel further to a departure airport, flown to an alternative city and caught a bus to get to my intended destination etc, all of which adds up before the silly 'extra charges' inflicted by the cheap airlines.

Planning ahead does not come easily to me but it is the way to go!
