Hi all!

I'm writing a guidebook for people with mobility problems and I'm looking for weblinks, organisations, books or brochures that might provide older people with travel resource material. This could be about anything from health and insurance to flights, agents, operators and finding travel companions. Basically any info source aimed at senior travellers!

I hope you can help!

Thanks,
Gordon.

Hi Joy

Yes, lots, and have a few leads, but thought that asking older travellers directly might be a good method too.

I looked at OP's web site and there is a lot of good information already available for travelers with limited mobility.

Hi,

Hope you don't mind me jumping in here, but what is "O.P.'s" website? I am at the start of looking for resources for older travellers myself as I am planning a trip with my extremely frail mother and am at something at a loss for where to begin.

Hi Diane

I also wasn't sure but have assumed it means mine. If you click the link below then you'll find links to info pertaining mainly to disabled travellers. However, this often applies to older people too.

Do email me (address on my site) if an African safari interests you. I've stacks of info and experience in there!

Cheers,
Gordon.

PS.Silvanocat or Joyvee, what does 'OP' stand for?

Hi Razbe

This book's about Africa, specifically Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia, Namibia, Botswana and South Africa. I haven't been to Bangladesh, though I'd love to visit sometime!

Gordon.
