Observations from a Older hosteller...

One paradox, one mystery: "....underdeveloped chests puffed out..." This has to be difficult. How is it done? How does one recognize both characteristics simultaneously? and mystery - what in the world are "high rise jeans." Is there a place in the world where youths have acquired grandfather's style of pants set midway on torso?

I also don't stay in hostels anymore unless I have to. I prefer the local guesthouses where I get to meet the local families. I am 65 and once upon a time ran a youth hostel in australia but times have changed for me and i need a bit more space.
