The posting is on Travellers with Disabilities thread, but many other people have permanent or occasional trouble in walking the miles needed in airports, and they should know the EU law is that they are entitled to assistance.

There are not enough wheelchairs, not enough thought about bells to summon assistance from carpark to check in, nor about the need to provide a loan service of individual mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs, to allow people to use the airport facilities equally with other passengers.

The more people know about their legal rights, the more will demand proper provision and eventually someone will contact the sleeping piggies in Brussels e.u. and prod some action on enforcement of EU1107
