I am travelling to DUBAI and ABU DHABI in first quarter of next year.
I am staying for 5 nights in DUBAI and three nights in ABU DHABI.
However, I am beginning to think that buying any sort of DUBAI attractions pass for 3 or 5 days is not worth it.
I am thinking of just paying for ride to the top of Burj Khalifa and visiting Dubai aquarium and go on a Dhow cruise in the creek. I will skip everything else including DESERT safari and water parks (as I am not big fan of them).

Hi,i am going to the lebanon for 2 weeks in november staying in hostels in beirut ,and walking the bekka and qadisha valleys does anyone know if there is an extensive list of hostels throughout the country ??if not i will try to rough camp if i cant find campsites and hostels,i have a budget of $80 us dollars a day ..

A few months ago I already posted my potential itinerary. Now that I'm finally ready to book my flights, and after thoughtful consideration of all your comments, I made some minor modifications.

My son (23) and I(65) are planning a three weeks trip to Iran in December & January. In order to set my itinerary which would include:
Tehran, Shush, Choqa Zanbil, Shushtar, Shiraz, Yazd, Kerman, Bam, Isfahan I would like to ask:
1. Is it better to take a night train from Tehran to Andimeskh or Tehran to Ahvaz to visit Shush, Choqa Zanbil, Shushtar? We would like to sleep in Shushtar.
2. From Shushtar we would like to go to Shiraz. Should we take a plane from Ahvaz or Dezful?

My girlfriend and I will be flying into Aqaba, Jordan with a Dutch passport next January. We've got 10 nights in total and we would like to see the highlights of Jordan (scuba diving in Aqaba, Wadi Rum, Petra, Dead Sea, Amman) after which we would like to cross the border with Israel at the King Hussein/Allenby bridge and visit Jerusalem and Tel-Aviv, after which we'll take a bus to Eilat to cross the border back into Jordan in order to take our flight home from Aqaba Airport.
