Can anyone give me a rough guide on what a taxi fare should cost from the international airport to our hotel ABC Arabian Suites on AL Mankhool Road. Not sure if we should pre arrange transfers or just wait and get a taxi. There will be 4 adults plus bags.

There is no need to prearrange - there are always LOTS of taxis - no matter the time. The taxi line is long but moves very quickly. Not sure of the price - but it shouldn't be too expensive unless you are at a time where you will get caught in serious traffic. It is across the creek - but not very far.

The starting fare for taxis from the airport is AED 20 - the total fare to the hotel will be in the range of aed 50 - 60. There are both saloon as well as people carriers available at the airport. If you have extra bags, go for the people carrier.
