Hi all - does anyone know if there is a secure 'left luggage' storage facility at Dubai Intl Airport? I will be stopping over in DBX for one night enroute from Nairobi to Paris and would like to able to temporarily off-load by sleeping bag and heavy mountain trekking gear. I will back in Dubai for 2 days at the end of Oct so will require storage for around 2 weeks. As an alternative would a hotel in Dubai store my excess baggage? Any assistance greatly appreciated. Who are you flying with? Did you book online or with a human being - aka a travel agent? Check out the airline’s stopover brochure and discuss with the airline or the Human Travel Agent that you booked with the possibility of the airline storing your luggage for you. You say that you ' will back in Dubai for 2 days at the end of Oct ..' - so you have any accommodation booked yet? If you can find an airline discounted hotel get the travel agent to contact them and discuss it.
