The thing in Dubai is that, once an hotel is reviewed as "Excellent" in terms of overall service Than its pretty like in next year it might end up opposite.

Friends of mine read a review about the quite and exclusive location of a 5star beach hotel, when they arrived they ended up next to a new construction site.. the review were just 2month old from their intial arrival date.
