Normally what I do is look for flights online, select the flights I want, and then go to my travel agent. If it's around the same price (or cheaper) I book it with him, if not, I book online. When I saw the long layover, I first asked my travel agent, and he looked into it and said accommodation was not provided (but could be, for a fee), which prompted me to phone Qatar Airways myself to ask, and they verified what he said.
