Hi,I´m doing a stop over in Dubai on this day on my way from Europe to south east Asia. Are there any musts that I should see during my day there? I was thinking about taking a touristic bus ,but if there´s smth better I could see or do, I´d appreciate your feedback . Plus if anyone around on that day and would like to tour around, let me know. Hi,
Here are some places you could consider visiting while you are there:
- Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Dubai Fountain.
- Burj Al Arab.
- The old part of Bur Dubai and Deira, near to the Creek. You can visit the museum and the souqs, and take an abra across the Creek.
- Jumeirah Mosque.
I think the Big Bus Tour goes to all of these places and more, so it would probably be a good way to get around.
If you do decide to go up the Burj Khalifa, it is best to book the tickets online in advance (cost 100 Dirhams each). If you buy a ticket when you get there, the cost is much more expensive (400 Dirhams each).
