So we're looking for a good tour operator in Jordan with an italian-speaking guide (or italian-speaking driver, I think it could be enough: our relatives don't speak English, but they are very good traveller so we think they don't need a guide) for a tour through Jordan Is there someone who can help us? Thanks a lot.

There are many Italian charities, culture centres, trade facilities, even an Italian hospital etc. The Pope has visited twice in 9 years whereas some countries have never had a visit . . .
This is nothing to do with your query but I just wanted to show you the longstanding and warm relations Jordan has with Italian people.
Contact any rent a car office or Tourism office and ask for an Italian speaking driver - many drivers speak more than one language but maybe not absolutely fluent. Otherwise a good guidebook with a pre-planned route and hand signals ! aha haa ! Certainly some of the guides will be Italian speaking at the respective sites.
