Temporary office accommodation in the UAE

Does anyone have any ideas on organisations who provide temporary office space (serviced office space). I've already been in touch with folks like REGUS, I was wondering if anyone had any alternatives with whom they've had a good experience. The nature of the business is consultancy/ professional services covering a variety of industry sectors. The duration of the rent would be six months- one person. Ideally if the office could be located in a place where other business networks are already established- i.e. do the Chambers of Commerce offer office space to new companies?

Nomad is right Bettyboo - I dunno about commercial property but I suspect it's the same as private property as in prices are increasing daily and there's very little to be had. Good luck!
