Passport Stamp

Country forums / Middle East / Israel

This may be a easy question, but I want to make sure.

My plan is Egypt => Israel => UAE Dubai => Yemen.

Any problems for enter UAE / Yemen if I had the Israel Stamp in my passport?

It might be a problem for Yemin, but not for the UAE. I asked the same question since I will be entering Qatar.The Qatar Emabassy said it was not a problem I think the same applies for the UAE. Best not get a stamp so it won't be a problem for you in Yemin. Also, you might just want to phone both embassies for a clear answer

I believe Zedis is correct about Yemen, but was not really fully correct about getting the Israeli stamp.

First, anytime you enter Israel you are at risk of getting your passport stamped. You can request that they not stamp it, but not stamping it is at their discretion and sometimes they do anyway.

Next, if you are traveling overland from Egypt to Israel through Taba it makes absolutely no difference what the Israelis do since the Egyptians will stamp your passport and the only place you can possibly go if you have an Egyptian exit stamp at Taba is to Israel. Every immigration authority in the ME knows to look for stamps from Jordan and / or Egypt if they deny entry based on evidence of an Israeli visit.

Good luck.

UAE -> no

Yemen -> yes. You won't be allowed in if they see it, and there is no reason they wouldn't see it.

Hello,

With a stamp of Israel in your passport, you can forget to enter in Yemen…

Thank all response.

So, I will change my plan:

UAE Dubai => Yemen => Egypt => (Land) Israel

In this arrangement, I can avoid the Stamp problems. But my plan to visit start next month, So, the weather still hot in Dubai.
