Can anyone help me out and point ot any movie theatre in Haifa that shows films in English?

All movies shown in Israel have the Hebrew translation in subtitles; the movies are not dubbed (except for children's movies). If you go to an Israeli film or a foreign language film, check whether there are English subtitles.

And if it's relevant for you, even children's movies are shown in two versions: (1) original language (usually English) with Hebrew subtitles, and (2) dubbed into Hebrew.
