I would spend at least two weeks in egypt as there is a lot to see and pity to rush through, divide the remaining two weeks between jordan , syria and lebanon.

egypt - cairo museum, pyramids, islamic cairo, coptic cairo, go to aswan and take the nile cruise on a fellucaa to edfu and onwards to luxor, travel to dahab, walk up mt sinai and smoke nargileh by the red sea

syria - damascus, alleppo, palmyrah, dead cities, krak de c, aphamea, bosra

jordan - only petra and wadi rum worth a mention, jerash if you are not sick of roman stuff by then

Unless this is going to be the only trip you make to the Middle East in your entire life, 1 month really isn't enough to do all 4 countries you mention. If I were you, I'd do either Syria/Lebanon/Jordan (2 weeks in Syria, 1 week each in Lebanon and Jordan) or Egypt/Jordan (3 weeks in Egypt, 1 week in Jordan). I'd probably do the former, because then you could do Egypt/Israel on a subsequent trip.
