Lebanese visa at the border (double entry)

I'm an American based in Damascus and I need to visit Lebanon twice in a space of 3 weeks. I know from experience it's easy to get a visa at the border but now I'm wondering exactly about the price. Is it possible to get a double entry visa at the border, and if so what is the cost?? if not then I will buy a single entry visa twice, each visa cost about $14 USD as of last christmas, is this still the case??

On the border VOA is granted as a single entry one,for the cost of usd well under 20 as you paid last time.That is a small amount compared with the cost of Syrian visa
