If you are planning to travel to Israel on an Indian passport, that changes everything! Indian passport holders must get a visa in advance to enter Israel. This is stamped in your passport - no way to avoid it. Therefore you will have evidence of having been to Israel and I'm sure the Kuwaiti authorities won' let you back into their country. But just to be sure, I advise contacting an Israel consulate, preferably in India.
