My friends and I would like to see the biblical highlights of Israel. We only have a week of time. Does anyone have any good recommendations for either Christian tour operators or a Christian tour guide? We are on a budget...so i would welcome any tips that would help us enjoy this amazing country without going broke. Also, any tips/recommendations for the flight between Cairo and Tel Aviv? (our week in Israel comes after time in Egypt) Thank you.

With flights between Cairo and Tel Aviv your options are limited...
*Air Sinai, which flies Thursday and Sunday mornings (9 am from Cairo, 11 am from Tel Aviv)
*El Al, which flies Thursday and Sunday evening - I don't have exact times...

Prices are similar, with Air Sinai fares starting at around $310, and El Al being just a bit more expensive.

I recently posted the CAI-TLV flight schedule (El Al and Air Sinai)--you'll find it if you do a keyword search--since the question gets asked every once in a while, and I couldn't find current and complete information.
