Four hour stop over in Dubai

Hi,

Next week I'm flying from Sydney to London, economy class with Emirates and will have a four hour stop over in Dubai. I'd really like to have a shower and relax while in the airport. What are my options?

I've heard that there are some showers in the terminal. Can anyone confirm? Are they any good? Do they give you towels/toilettries? How much does it cost?

The other alternative seems to be to pay to use the private business class (Marhaba) lounge. Has anyone any experience of this lounge? Does it have showers?

this is the website for the hotel within the arrival section of the airport,,just rang them and they a very expensive to me..here are the prices
morning rate for room 155 dirhams( 45$ oz) + 10% service charge per hour;
night rate is 185 dirhams + 10% per hour..
They told me there is a health club within the hotel that can provide showers for 45 dirhams + 10% service
,I have never had to use as I live here in dubai.

Recently i used the business class lounge (Marhaba). I dont think they got a shower inside.
