Festivals in Iran?

I found this page https://www.sfiran.com/travel/iran-destination-guide/iran-festivals-and-events. However surely there are more cultural festivals in Iran throughout the year. I know there are many religious holidays in Iran, but are there any regular events in each province? Like food, flowers, music, dance, activities etc.

You may catch festival of Iranian rose in Kashan. Or festival of Nomads, and so on... .

It's all based on your luck. However events such as music or dance rarely happens and even if they do you may find them among the nomadic tribes. But food, exhibitions or other events sometimes don't come as fixed dates. If you be lucky enough you may encounter with something new rather than religious events.

Are there any fixed dates for these events published anywhere on a yearly basis? I hear rumours of festivals, but unless they have fixed names, dates, locations each year then it's hard to call them a festival. Is there hard information about these events published anywhere?

we have festival music , festival film, festival theatre , flower festival, religious ceremonies , picking fruites in rural areas, ...
most of them are not in a fixed schedule.
but religious ceremonies film , music, teatre have fixed dates
film are from 31 jan to 10 feb
religious ceremony are according moon calender (arabic calender) changing every year.
