Electric razor scooter?

I just got back from a week in Israel. I saw several electric razor scooters that have even room and power to have two people ride at the same time.

II'd like to buy one in Europe, but it seems like I got the URL wrong:

Does someone know whether those things are made in Israel, and how to get in touch with the manufacturer?
