egypt/isreal to europe ferry

HI Everyone,

I'm planning a London to Cairo bike tour for next year. After getting to Egypt, I'd like to take a ferry back to Southern Europe (Italy or Greece, although Turkey would be fine too). I know passenger ferries from Egypt to Europe haven't run in a while, but are there any cargo ferries I could hitch a ride on? Has anyone had luck with this?

If that doesn't work, I was also thinking of taking the ferry from Haifa to Greece (I think it goes to Rhodes...) Is this ferry still running? How much does it cost? Does anyone know if they take bikes?
