Dubai Hotel Recommendation

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced hotel (less than 400 AED/night) either in Diera, Bastakia or Bur Dubai? I would like to be close to the creek and the major tourist sites.

Novotel, Ibis - near Emirates Towers on Sheikh Zayed Road
Grand Hayat - Creek
Crown Plaza, Intecontinental - Ikea (Creek)

How far is the Ibis hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road from the tourist attractions (Dubai Museum, Dubai Creek, Bastakiya, Bur Dubai and Diera? If I stay at that hotel, I am planning to take a taxi to Bur Dubai and then walk/take a boat for all the tourist sites. Is that doable in one free day?

Also, I heard that Ibis is opening a new property in Diera in October. Is that correct? If so, I might choose to stay at that property.

Ibis is in great location. Bur Dubai is just behind the corner (5min with car) and on the other side you have the beach. Ibis is just next to the Emirates Towers.
The hotel provide free car lift to the beach, Mall of Emirates and Deira City Center during the day. You can though take a taxi as well will be quite cheap.
Not sure about the opening properties.
