Would you mind telling me how much you paid them. and NO I am not familiar with this travel agency you are referring to but that does not necessarily mean they are incompetent, up to no good or dishonest! I am willing to call Iranian Foreign Ministry for you to check on your visa application if it is O.K. with you. However, I would need your full name, birth date and passport number.
