Hello guys!
I will be in Syria on 25th December and I would like to travel to Amman. I would like to know, where can I get buses or service taxis...I have heard that Baramke bus station is not the right place to go.
Can you help me?

indeed Baramkeh garage is closed.You need to go to sumaria to take a service taxi to amman, .rFrom Damascus a Taxi to sumaria will cost you around 150 sp or you can take a macro bus costs 10 sp (if you want to know where to catch it pls ask me)from baramkeh shared taxi four passenger to amman costs 500-600 sp (fridday and public cost more) Taxi leaves when it fills up usualy every 20-30 minutes. Borders opened 24 hours
the road to syrian borders takes one hour and another hour to amman

Sumaria is little town or name of bus station?
Do service taxi arrive to Abdali station in Amman or any different station?

Sumaria is a lttle village(not any more)the new garage is called after it Sumaria Garage.Abdalli is no more either the garage in Amman now is called Tareq a new and modern one few Km from Abdalli.enjoy your travel.

So if I want to go to Damascus from Amman by bus, where do I take?
And returning (Dam-Amm), where do I take the bus?
And is it easy to go to Aleppo and Palmyra by bus from Damascus?
Is there any way to go to Palmyra from Aleppo by bus? I'll be doing this itinerary on 25th Jan.
If you have any tips... Thanks

hdbachega to return to Dam from Amm you go to Tareq garage to take a shared taxi four passenger back to syria it cost JOD 9
If you need accommodation in damascus in the Old city (where everything is)contact damascushostel.com they will also assist you in all travel and trip plan throughout syria .To palmyra you take a bus,to Aleppo you take a bus they are very frequent and inexpensive USD 2-3
