Is it possable for American to get Visa On arrival by Train/Bus from Turkey at syrian Border?

Yes it is possible, but it may well take quite some time (several hours) for the okay to come through by fax. This delay means that you cannot book a through bus, as it may not wait for you that long. Visas are not available when entering the country by train.

Yes you can get a visa on the border and you have to wait for a few hours to get it.
The benefit is that you only pay usd 16 instead of the norm usd 131.
