Hi all,
I will visit Syria from 25 April till 5 May 2009.
Does someone know the exact dates of the Palmyra Festival 2009.
I've goolgled for it, but have only found it will be somewhere around the first week of May.
I'm looking for a day-to-day agenda for the festival (e.g. on which day will be the camel races been hold), so I can plan my stay in Palmyra very tight.

Hi ..
I am afraid that the tourism ministry didnt release it yet. I am waiting to get the clear cut answer from the tourism office in Palmyra in few days and then will post it here when its available ..

No, I got no info yet. But I will arrive arrive 25 April in Damascus and will ask the local tourist information then.
If I know more, I will report it in this thread.
