The train Aleppo - Adana runs once weekly and takes 10 hours for about 300 km.
If you are fond of train rides, you may go by train up to Afyon and continue from there by bus via Denizli.
If you take the coastal road, leave the train at Adana, sleep there and go on by bus the following morning:
Adana - Mersin - Silifke - Anamur - Alanya - Antalya - Kas - Fethiye - Marmaris (about 1000 km, rather slow road).
