How does the 15 days "multiple-entry-visa" for Syria work ?

I often have to take our guests to the passport office in Barameh to extend their visa.We go to the third floor and que for half hour then pay 25sp to obtain application form.i asked the official if i can photocopy this form for future use so that we dnt have to wait every time we need one.He said No this form cnt be photocopied .It is illegal to do so.The form is a full sheet of paper in black and white and in Arabic and Frecnh.
The form you were given by the hotel in Aleppo does it have any monetary value or the hotel stamp on it.Thanks for clarifying this point.

Hi I'm trying to find out about the visa situation aswell, it all sounds so confusing. I'm British and I looked on the Syrian Embassy website for details. I will be going to syria in May for about 10 days then leaving to go to Jordan and Lebanon for 2 more weeks. I'll then be coming back to syria overnight to catch my plane from Damascus. I didn't notice option for a 15 day multiple antry visa on their website. They just had a 3 month single entry or a 6n month multiple entry visa. the 6 month one seems and awful lot of money to be paying (£50) just to be coming back in for less than 24 hours. any advice?
