Uaoh!
Your are very helpfull, there should be someone like you in each country of the world...eheheh!
I'm really sad that we can't have you as guide,I read many positive feedback about you, but our honeymoon trip is a low low budget travel around the world and we decide to start it from Syria!
If you will have nothing better to do we would be glad to have a drink with you somewhere in Syria.
Just another information: do you know any soap factory in Aleppo that can be visited?I'm pretty sure that there will be more than one and I know it should be a good moment to see the soap production, but we would appreciate your suggestion!
Thank you for your kind help
Filippo e Alessadra (just married :-)
You don't have to hire me as your tour guide to answer your next million questions. I will be happily offering this with great joy.
Congratulations for your marriage. Wish you to lead a happy life with your partner.
There is a very famous (the oldest in the area) soap factory in Aleppo called Jbeili, it is across Bimaristan. You can read about it in LP Guide Book. They can show you how they manufacture the laurel soap and you can buy directly from them. There are three levels of soap. the best of which is sold at 500 SP/K
If you are in Damascus or Aleppo and I'm there I will invite you for a drink.
Best Wishes.
