Hello, we have booked a tour with Shotgun Tours in Beirut and for some "strange" reason they are unreachable for about 6 weeks now. Has anybody heard about them or knows whether they still exist? They seem to be connected to a travel office in Zahleh named Hajjar Travel, but they also don´t answer e-mails and phone calls. Thank you very much for any information.

Just the name ...... sets alarm bells in my head - SHOTGUN TOURS - WHAT KIND OF NAME IS THAT?
Unless you have forked out money - I would find an alternative. People who don't respond to
customer enquiries either by phone or e-mail for such a long period of time should raise doubts
about what kind of service they will deliver even if they are still in business.
