I'm planning on moving to Beirut and i have a few questions relating to work,cost of renting and the general cost of living.
it would be great if can anyone help me out with the follow questions:
what the average monthly salary is for an English teacher working in a private language school is and if there any perks that go along with that?
What the salary is for a kindergarten teacher in an international preschool/ school.
will work permits be taken care of by the schools?
i got plenty of teaching experience both in schools and working privately.
What is the going rate for private English lessons and what is the best way to go about finding students.
As far as living go, I'm looking at renting a furnished room in a share apartment of a furnished studio in Hamra,Gemmayze or Achrafieh. are there any websites that i can make contact with people who are renting out rooms? there what prices can i expect to pay in each of these areas?
I also would like to travel around the whole country including the south, however i hear that anything below Sidon is risky.is that still the case and if so how risky??
