No worries! Make sure to book in advance for Music Hall - it's quite hard to get in if you just show up. Bear in mind that the cover charge includes drinks - I think, from memory, it was about $60 PP to get in, but that also included a $60 tab at the bar, so it actually worked out as pretty good value.
You can usually get a seat at Tawlet for lunch, provided that you turn up as soon as it opens. The menu changes every day, so it's worth going more than once...
There's plenty of other places like Hasroun in Lebanon - any small town or village that isn't quite on the tourist trail should be just as friendly.
