I am currently in Turkey, and will be travelling from here to Lebanon, then Syria. I have a Syrian visa, but not a Lebanese visa, as I'd read in several places that US citizens can get a visa on arrival at the Beirut airport. However, I just read through a recent LP guide that said US citizens must obtain a visa in advance.

Can anyone give current information as to whether US citizens get a visa on arrival at the Beirut airport (BEY)? And if so, what is the cost? If it is not possible, can it be obtained in Damascus? Many thanks in advance ...

Do you know if you can get a multiple entry visa from Lebanon for free? I am going from Lebanon to Egypt to Jordan and back to Lebanon to fly out. I am an American.
