Hi everyone,

I'll be taking a bus from Aleppo to Beirut, and then want to transfer immediately to the bus to Saida. I've read that I need to get to Cola to do so? Could anyone run me through what steps I need to take from arriving at the Beirut bus station to change to the Saida bus/shared taxi?

I only have a short amount of time in Lebanon, so I'd prefer to take the quickest means of transport possible (so probably not the local bus that makes stops along the way). Do you recommend bus or shared taxi?

Thank you!

also, if anyone could tell me if I can buy my ticket to Saida at Cola (or if not where I should buy my ticket) that would be very helpful.

Hi,

You will pay your ticket on the bus to Saïda. There is no office.

When you get at Charles Helou Station (from Allepo), take a service or a taxi to Cola.
Cola is just like a roundabout with services taxi and bus on each corner. Ask there the direction of Saida and someone will drive you to the good bus.

Have a beautiful travel.

Ask any taxi with a red number plate for cola station if you want a service taxi (2000ll, 10000ll for private taxi). Then simply catch a minibus to Saidon (2000ll, pay on board). Cola is literally an underpass roundabout setup, ask for Saidon and you will soon get pointed in the right direction for the correct bus.
