HI travellers
Is someone going from Amman to Petra on the 3rd of MARCH (Tuesday)??
I know the JETT bus departs at 6.30am BUT im looking for a bus, taxi whatever
which is going in ther AFTERNOON or EVENING. Im flexibel!
i know about the local bus. but maybe others know a better option of transport who
departs "on time" and not when they are full they depart.
Anybody who can give me a lift? taxi, bus, safe. and i pay of course ;-)

If you want to leave Amman on a specific time, a contracted taxi is the best option.

a taxi is only an option to share one with other people.
bus would be better.
are there only buses in the evening they leave when they are full?
does that take long?
I can't say anything about the night buses. I reached Wadi Musa, step by step, from Madaba using public transports on the King Highway. I moved day time and sleeped in Shobak.
It will be quicker If they use the Desert Highway.

If you want to share a ride
a-take a bus from Wehadat garage(Mujamaa Janoobi) mini bus leaves through out the day it moves when fills up
a- share a ride with others on a private tours.there are hotels in downtown especially in Amman.these BUDGET hotels arrange for shared tours for their guests cost average 16 jod per day.That is a quick convenient and sure way of getting there.
